News Feed | COVID-19 Lockdown - Update - 05th January 2021

After reviewing all government advice and carefully reading the government website: Further education (FE) operational guidelines, we can confirm that we fall into the education/ independant training provider category, this means that we can continue to hold face to face Company Classroom (Limited 6 Max), First Aid (Limited 6 Max) and 1 to 1 bookings at our training facility.

Any off site First Aid training can include more than 6 attendees.

All scheduled IT and Business Skills courses are only available Live Online, via Zoom/ Teams. We recommend dual screens with web camera and microphone. With any Booking free computer hire is available to all, with a collection and return policy.

As Pringle PCS is an accredited training and exam centre, all First Aid and Paediatric First Aid scheduled courses held during weeks, evenings and weekends are still running, closely following all government COVID-19 guidelines with your safety in mind.

Pringle PCS COVID-19 Policy

Entering the Building:
Your temperature will be checked before entering the training facilities; if your temperature is above 38°c / 100.4°f you will be politely asked to leave the premises.

If you have any of the listed symptoms please do not enter the premises; any training booked will be rearranged free of charge:
A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
Fever or chills
Excessive coughing
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Excessive fatigue
Muscle and body aches
Out of place headache’s
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhoea

Face Masks:
A Face Mask must be worn at all times except in a training room or if sat down at a table. A face mask is optional during the course unless instructed by a trainer if close contact maybe necessary i.e. First Aid. PCS will supply a free Face Mask if required.

Toilets:
Face Mask must be worn inside the toilet; however, we ask you to use the supplied wipes to wipe over any surfaces you have had contact with. NOTE: Please do not put any antiseptic wipes into the toilet. Please dispose of them in the bin.

Hand washing:
Please ensure your hands are washed thoroughly, regularly and use hand sanitisers as much as possible.

Social Distancing:
The UK Government's Coronavirus (COVID19) social distancing guidelines have recommended that businesses should maintain 2m distancing wherever possible, or 1m with additional mitigations. Please respect all delegates and Pringle PCS employees.

Safety:
If you feel that anyone attending the course is not following our guidelines or you are feeling unsafe, could you please let a member of the reception team know immediately. Your safety and health is a priority to us at all times.
