Recording incidents & actions: Understand the importance of accurate documentation

Unconscious: Providing aid to an unconscious casualty, including handling seizures
Administer CPR: Master CPR techniques to ensure life-saving support in critical situations

Minor injuries: Common workplace injuries such as cuts, grazes, bruises, burns, and splinters
